If you want to get to know and understand your shadow self in a safe space, this is the place. The work is very difficult but if you can lean on Virginia and the others in the weekly sessions and TRUST, it will be helpful. I plan to retake this course sometime since I wasn't able to complete it as the work became to difficult to bare. I know it helped me in more ways than one and I know that when I complete it, I'll feel VERY accomplished and love myself a little more and a little deeper :) - Katie Tubbs

The re-enchantment class taught me useful tools to reconnect to myself so that I could start living the life that I only dreamt of. Specifically, with practice, the tools taught allowed me to come to a state of being where my nervous system is relaxed so my mind is clear. With a clear mind I could then start to take my life back from all the things that were draining my energy and keeping me stuck. Through changing habits and examining patterns, I was able to give myself the opportunity to grow as an individual. And this growth allows me to connect more authentically with those around me. Which I believe has helped me build nurturing relationships with everyone and everything I come into contact with. I am a stronger person because of the trust that I have been able to give myself by continuing the practices taught by Virginia.
